Your plant already has the data. It hasn't got the answers.
Your meters are already logging. Nobody ever connected them to a screen. We fix that: live energy and carbon numbers, an alert when something drifts, and SECR that writes itself.
This is a capability page, not a claim of published client work in this industry. Examples show workflows ASLM can assess; requirements, existing tools and domain responsibilities are confirmed before any proposal.
Sound familiar?
- SECR eats a fortnight of somebody's year, rebuilt from last year's spreadsheet.
- You find out a line ran badly from the invoice, six weeks later.
- Maintenance is either too early and wasteful, or too late and expensive.
What changes
What we build for manufacturing & industrial.
One place to look
Meters, building management, sensors and logs all land in one store instead of six exports.
See the cost while you can still act
Baseload, weekend load and cost by line, live. The things an annual report can never show you.
Find out today, not on the invoice
When consumption leaves its normal range it raises an alert, while you can still do something about it.
SECR without the fortnight
The report writes itself from data with a record behind every figure.
Worth knowing
What software can do here, and what it can't.
We build the measurement, the analysis and the reporting, and we'll tell you what it shows. What we won't do is quote you a savings percentage before we've seen your baseline. That's energy engineering with formal verification — a different job, and we're happy to work alongside whoever does it.
Where we stand on proof
No factory build published yet, and the scoping work is public — read it. What transfers is the engineering behind numbers that have to reconcile: every figure traceable to the reading that produced it, which is what a SECR return needs and what most plant dashboards cannot do.
See the work →Before you ask
Manufacturing & industrial: straight answers.
No, and anyone quoting you a number before they have seen your baseline is quoting you someone else's building. We build the measurement, the analysis and the reporting, and we will recommend from what it shows. Guaranteed savings from engineered interventions is energy engineering with formal measurement and verification — a different profession.
Usually far more than expected. Most sites already have half-hourly meter data, a building management system with an export, and machines with some form of output nobody has ever collected. The first step is a map of what genuinely exists — and that map is worth having even if you then build nothing.
Energy use, associated emissions, an intensity ratio and a narrative on efficiency action — for most large UK companies, annually, in the directors' report. The difficulty is almost never the calculation. It is that the underlying figures live in six places and the evidence trail behind them is a folder of emails.
Parts of it genuinely benefit — pattern detection across a year of half-hourly data is work a person cannot do by eye. Plenty of it does not, and the version without a model is cheaper to run and more predictable. We will tell you which is which.
