Websites & SEO

Web design and SEO that brings work in, not just a site that looks good.

Most agencies will build you a good-looking site and quote separately to make it findable. We do both, because they are the same job. A site is ranked on how it is built — the markup, the speed, what a crawler can read — and none of that gets fixed properly six months later.

A website nobody finds is a brochure you pay hosting for. And search has changed underneath everyone: your buyer now asks ChatGPT for a firm like yours as often as they scroll Google. Most sites are invisible to both, for the same reason.

Is this you?

Websites & SEO: where it earns its place.

  • Your site looks fine and brings in nothing.
  • You are invisible for the searches your customers actually type.
  • Your last agency built the site, then quoted again to make it findable.
  • You want to be the answer when somebody asks an AI for a firm like yours.

If you need the phone to ring this week, this is the wrong spend. Search compounds over months. Paid ads buy you the same visit today, and we will say so when that is the better call.

What you get

Websites & SEO: what you actually get.

01

Found for what you actually sell

Pages built around the words your buyers type, not the ones you use internally.

02

Fast enough that they stay

Speed decides both your ranking and your bounce rate. We measure it rather than hope.

03

Readable by a crawler on the first pass

Server-rendered pages, clean structure, and the schema that tells Google what each page is.

04

Quoted by AI, not just ranked by Google

The structured data, the llms.txt file and the direct-answer writing that get you cited by ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity.

05

Yours, and portable

Standard tooling, no proprietary page builder. You can change agency without rebuilding the site.

How it runs

SEO is not a phase that happens after launch.

It is decided while the site is being built: what the markup says, how the pages are structured, how fast it loads, and whether a crawler can read it without running your JavaScript. Bolt it on afterwards and you are paying somebody to patch decisions that were made without them in the room.

The proof is the site you are reading. Every page has its own title, description and canonical, schema on all of them, an llms.txt so answer engines quote us correctly rather than guessing, and a sitemap that never lists a redirect. We build yours the same way.

Before you ask

Websites & SEO: straight answers.

You can add content and links later, and you should. What you cannot add cheaply later is the way the site is built — its structure, its speed, whether pages render on the server, whether each one describes itself to a crawler. Retrofitting those is most of a rebuild, which is why it usually does not happen.

Months, not weeks, and anyone promising otherwise is selling you something. New pages can get indexed in days; ranking for anything competitive takes longer. What we can promise on day one is that nothing about how the site is built is holding you back.

A growing share of buyers now ask ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity instead of searching. Those tools quote pages that state a clear answer in plain language and describe themselves in structured data. It overlaps with ordinary SEO but is not identical, and most agencies have not caught up with it yet.

Yes, and we would rather. The pages that rank are the ones that answer a real question properly, and that is hard to brief out. If you have somebody in-house who knows the trade, better still — we will tell them what each page has to do and edit what comes back.
