Establish the problem
What happens today? Who does the work? How often does it get stuck? We discuss the tools, impact and the person responsible for the process.

Check the options
Sometimes an existing feature or a change to the process is enough. Where access or complexity needs investigation, we propose a bounded paid assessment.

Make the decision
An assessment produces a workflow map, constraints, recommended scope and implementation options. You can decide whether to proceed; a build is quoted separately.

- ASLM also provides implementation, so this is not an independent assurance opinion.
- There is no obligation to buy a build, and buying existing software or making no change can be the right recommendation.
