Existing directors verify by their company's next confirmation statement, and PSCs get a 14-day window. The check takes minutes. Knowing where every one of your clients' people stands is the work.

Dates and rules from GOV.UK: Verify your identity for Companies House. Check each client’s due dates on the Companies House register. It sits alongside your practice-management system and verification provider; it replaces neither. It cannot make a client click a link, but it makes sure you know every day which ones have not. Identity verification became mandatory on 18 November 2025, followed by a 12-month transition period. Existing directors confirm they have verified when their company files its next confirmation statement, so each company's due date depends on its confirmation statement date. Every PSC has a 14-day period in which to provide their personal code. When that period starts depends on whether the PSC was registered before 18 November 2025 and whether they are also a director. Check each person's due date on the Companies House register. Source: GOV.UK.
Yes. A director or PSC can ask an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) to verify their identity for them. The agent must be registered with Companies House as an ACSP. Individuals can also verify themselves for free through GOV.UK One Login.

Usually that is not the starting point. We first look at the tools you already pay for, their existing features and integration access. A configuration change may be enough. Custom software is proposed only when the gap justifies it.
The initial fit conversation is free. If we need to map the workflow or inspect integrations before estimating a build, we propose a separate, fixed-scope assessment with its fee agreed in advance. There is no automatic commitment to implementation.
Implementation is scoped and quoted separately. A managed-service proposal identifies the workflows covered, monitoring, support hours, response targets, change allowance and contract term. Software subscriptions, hosting and usage charges are listed separately so you can see the full commitment.
