The problem
What was at stake.
Dental websites often feel clinical and impersonal — filled with stock imagery and sterile layouts that do nothing to ease the anxiety most people already feel about visiting the dentist. GlowDent needed a digital presence that felt warm, trustworthy, and approachable while still communicating professionalism and expertise.
What we built
What we built.
We designed around calm. Soft color palettes, generous whitespace, and smooth micro-interactions create an experience that feels more like a wellness brand than a medical office. The layout guides visitors naturally from learning about services to booking an appointment, with clear calls-to-action that never feel pushy. Custom photography direction ensured every visual reinforced the warmth the clinic is known for in person.
The result
How it landed.
The final site captures GlowDent's personality in a way their previous website never could. Appointment bookings through the website increased significantly within the first month, and the bounce rate dropped as visitors engaged more deeply with the content. The design has become a reference point the clinic uses across all their marketing materials.
What this means for you
If your site looks perfectly decent and still brings nothing in, the cause is usually split across the two things most agencies quote separately. The design has to move somebody from reading to booking, and the build has to be findable when they search for a clinic near them. We do both, because they are one job.
